Using interactive games to create a relaxed environment alongside Traditional Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Quest is a therapeutic program that integrates interactive video games to create a familiar, relaxing environment to engage in traditional Counselling & Psychotherapy interventions. Sessions draw upon evidence-based practice to explore emotional regulation, problem-solving, teamwork, social interaction, and resilience.
This program is designed for individuals who benefit from non-traditional and dynamic settings to therapy.
The underlying goal of this program is to provide a constructive, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, practice skills, and strengthen self-awareness while engaged in familiar forms of interactivity.
Games currently available in Quest sessions include:
- Fortnite
- Roblox
- Minecraft

Traditional Online Telehealth

Evidence-based Counselling & Psychotherapy tailored to individual needs without the limits of physical location.

Core is the central therapeutic service of Avision Psychotherapy, offering one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth. Sessions draw upon evidence-based modalities to support clients in working through mental health challenges, building coping strategies, and developing insight in a confidential and supportive environment.

The underlying goal of this program is to create a stable foundation for ongoing growth and wellbeing, allowing clients to explore challenges, build resilience, and fundamentally address mental health concerns; whether this is in the form of short-term interventions or long-term deep work.
