Quest is an ongoing therapeutic program that integrates interactive video games as a medium for counselling. Within familiar and engaging virtual environments, sessions draw upon evidence-based practice to explore emotional regulation, problem-solving, teamwork, social interaction, and resilience.
This program is designed for individuals who benefit from dynamic and creative approaches to therapy.
The underlying goal of this program is to provide a constructive, collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, practice skills, and strengthen self-awareness while engaged in familiar forms of interactivity.

Core is the central therapeutic service of Avision Psychotherapy, offering one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth. Sessions draw upon evidence-based modalities to support clients in working through mental health challenges, building coping strategies, and developing insight in a confidential and supportive environment.
The underlying goal of this program is to create a stable foundation for ongoing growth and wellbeing, allowing clients to explore challenges, build resilience, and fundamentally address mental health concerns. -
