  • “Quest” is an ongoing therapeutic program that integrates interactive video games as a medium for counselling. Within familiar and engaging virtual environments, sessions draw upon evidence-based practice to explore emotional regulation, problem-solving, teamwork, social interaction, and resilience.

    This program is designed for individuals who benefit from dynamic and creative approaches to therapy.

    The underlying goal of this program is to provide a constructive, collaborative space where clients can safely explore challenges, practice skills, and strengthen self-awareness while immersed in interactive play.

    Current games available in Quest sessions include:

    • Fortnite

    • Roblox

    • Stardew Valley

    • Portal 2

  • “Origin” is a 12-session guided program of self-reflection, values clarification, and personal growth. Moving step-by-step, clients develop insight into their:
